Started in 1935, the Manatee Fish and Game Association, Inc. (MF&G) is a local organization of hunters, fishers and environmental-minded individuals.  MF&G, as Stewards Conserving Our Resources and Environment (SCORE), proactively participates with the community by leading, advising, funding, educating, promoting, practicing, and modeling sound practices to conserve fish and wildlife and its habitat.

Ben Gullett Mullet Tournament

As lead sponsor of the Annual Ben Gullet Invitational Mullet Tournament, we donate proceeds toward the annual Jerry Hill Memorial Kids’ Fishing Tournament and other outdoor activities for youth and their families.

Jerry Hill Kid's Fishing Tournament

Building the next generation of outdoorsmen. On the second Saturday in May, on the Green Bridge in Palmetto, over 300 children and their parents participate in a free fun fishing event where T-shirts, lunch, bait, and many prizes are distributed to all who come.

Enviro-thon Competition Sponsor

The Florida Envirothon is a problem-solving, field-based natural resource education program for high school students. We provide lunch to 100's of participants of the Manatee and Sarasota Schools Environ-thon at Oscar Scherer State Park.
